Aaron is a well-recognized problem solver amongst Sales Benchmark Index’s strategic accounts. He, along with Mike Drapeau and their delivery teams, have developed many of the evidence based best practice sales models used in the industry today. Aaron has more than 15 years of experience focused on solving complex problems, sales productivity, and general management in a variety of industries.
Prior to founding SBI, Aaron was head of sales force effectiveness at Brambles, a multi-billion dollar multi-national business services firm. Aaron also spent 10 years at CGI, a business process outsourcing firm with 35,000 consultants. At CGI Aaron was responsible for the success of some of CGI’s most strategic accounts.
Under Aaron’s leadership, results have been delivered at some of the world’s most respected companies, such as; Conoco Philips, Adobe, Hearst Corporation, Reed Elsevier, Dow Jones, Forrester Research, Hewlett Packard, and many more.
Aaron is co-author of a critically acclaimed book titled, Making the Number: How to Use Sales Benchmarking to Drive Performance, which was named “Best of 2009” by SoundView Executive Book summaries.
Aaron earned an MBA from Georgia Tech and an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame.
