Senior Consultant

Bryce leads Sales Benchmark Index’s territory design, and sales force sizing and structuring offerings to assist organizations in precisely aligning sales capacity with market potential and strategic value.  Recent engagements include projects with:  ConocoPhillips, Kronos, Telcordia, and many others.

Before joining Sales Benchmark Index, Bryce spent 8 years with Staples, most recently in a strategic Sales Operations Manager function.  He was responsible for running strategic sizing analyses, lead generation programs, territory design efforts, and sales compensation planning.  In addition to this role, Bryce also worked as a Sales Operations and Pricing Manager at The TriZetto Group.

Record graduated with a degree in Business Management Information Systems from Colorado University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Colorado State University.
