Drew Zarges serves as a Senior Consultant at Sales Benchmark Index (SBI), a professional services firm focused exclusively on sales force effectiveness.

Prior to SBI, Mr. Zarges worked at Calamos Investments, a leading investment firm specializing in alternative investment products. During his career at Calamos, he rose from Client Service Representative to Senior Regional Consultant.  During the tenure sales increased over 77%, reaching a peak of $250 million in annual revenue.  Prior to his career at Calamos, he distinguised himself as a trader of futures contracts on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Zarges holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Vanderbilt University, where he was awarded the JC Bradford Scholarship.  He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and English from Tulane University.
