Senior Consultant
Joshua serves as Senior Consultant at Sales Benchmark Index, a professional services firm focused exclusively on sales force effectiveness.
Prior to joining Sales Benchmark Index, Mr. Meeks spent over 9 years at Aon Hewitt, a Fortune 500 Company, most recently as a Strategy and Market Consultant. He was responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies focused on account management and pay structure, market segmentation, customer lifetime value, territory design, strategic due diligence and quota setting.
Mr. Meeks holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Strategy from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Tippe School of Business at the University of Iowa. Mr. Meeks also holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a board member of the Dallas Wind Symphony.
