Senior Consultant at Sales Benchmark Index

Kevin Vear serves as a Senior Consultant at Sales Benchmark Index (SBI), a professional services firm focused exclusively on sales force effectiveness. 

Kevin brings 20 years of direct sales, sales training, sales management, and sales operations experience from the telecomunications industry with compansies such as AT&T,BellSouth, and Ameritech. Prior to SBI, Vear was responsible for Sales Performance Management at AT&T with over 1,200 sales representatives. 

Vear graduated with a double major in Marketing & Communications from Hillsdale College, and received his MBA from Emory University where he also received the Entrepreneurship Award.  Vear possesses a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma.
