Scott leads Sales Benchmark Index’s sales force structure service offering, delivering research and advice to help organizations build optimized organizational structures to balance effectiveness and efficiency. Recent engagements include projects with: Conoco Phillips, Caliber Collision Centers, Ryder Systems, CDS Global, and many others.
Before joining Sales Benchmark Index, Scott spent 8 years with Cintas, most recently as a leader in the Major Accounts Division. He was responsible for managing the organizational matrix to drive portfolio growth across the company’s most important customers.
Gruher graduated with a degree in Business Management and International Business from Oregon State University.
