Steve has worked for more than 20 years in process design and implementation, as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

While at Sales Benchmark Index, he has helped many B-to-B organizations eliminate non-value add selling activities resulting in productivity improvements of 20+%.

A sample of Steve's body of work includes results delivered to: Ceridian, CheckFree, CHS, CTCA, ConocoPhillips, eTrade, HCA, Internap, Leaseplan, LendLease, Mobil Oil, Novant Healthcare, Safety-Kleen, Recall, State of LA, State of TN, University of Georgia, Wake Forest University, and others.

Prior to joining Sales Benchmark Index, Steve held senior consulting roles at TDG and Sundoya where he successfully completed process improvement programs. Steve is part of the international process improvement community having lived and worked in Spain and Russia and speaking both languages.
